1. About Omnidash

Omnidash is a web-based analytics dashboard that integrates with multiple social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and Pinterest to help users monitor their account performance, content engagement, website traffic, business visibility metrics, and audience insights.

This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you connect your accounts.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Facebook & Instagram

• Public profile information (name, profile picture)
• List of managed Pages and Instagram Business accounts
• Page & profile insights (reach, impressions, engagement, followers)
• Post-level metrics (likes, comments, shares, clicks)
• Ads performance data (if connected), including:
  • Campaign name and ID
  • Ad set name and ID
  • Ad name and ID
  • Metrics such as CTR, CPM, reach, spend

2.2 YouTube

After you connect your YouTube account, we collect:

• Channel information (name, profile picture, description)
• Subscriber count
• Total views and video count
• Daily analytics:
  • Views
  • Watch time
  • Average view duration
  • Subscribers gained / lost
  • Likes and comments
• Video-level analytics:
  • Views
  • Likes & comments
  • Engagement rate
  • Retention rate
  • Watch time

2.3 Google Analytics (GA4)

After you connect your Google Analytics account, we may collect:

• List of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) properties you have access to
• Website traffic metrics such as:
  • Active users
  • Sessions
  • Page views / screen views
  • Engagement metrics
• Traffic source information (e.g., direct, search, social)
• Device and geographic summary data
• Landing Pages data

Omnidash accesses Google Analytics data in read-only mode and cannot modify, configure, or manage your Google Analytics settings.

2.4 Google Business Profile (Google My Business)

After you connect your Google Business Profile account, we may collect:

• List of Business Profile accounts you manage
• List of business locations associated with those accounts
• Business profile visibility metrics, including:
  • Search impressions
  • Google Maps impressions
  • Profile views
• Customer action metrics, including:
  • Phone call clicks
  • Direction requests
  • Website clicks
  • Customer engagement insights

Omnidash accesses Google Business Profile data in read-only mode. We do not edit, publish, respond to reviews, manage listings, or modify any business information on your behalf.

All data retrieved from Google Business Profile APIs is used strictly for analytics, reporting, and performance visualization purposes.

2.5 Pinterest

After you connect your Pinterest Business account, we may collect:

• Public profile information (account name, profile image)
• Business account details
• Boards and Pins metadata
• Pin performance metrics including:
  • Impressions
  • Engagements
  • Saves
  • Outbound clicks
  • Video views (if applicable)
• Audience insights such as device, location, and demographic summary data

Omnidash accesses Pinterest data in read-only mode for analytics and reporting purposes only. We do not publish, modify, delete, or manage Pins or boards on your behalf.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Display analytics dashboards
• Generate performance insights
• Show growth trends and reports

We do NOT:

• Post content on your behalf
• Modify your social accounts
• Sell or share your data

4. Data Storage & Security

All data is stored securely using industry-standard security practices. Access is restricted to authenticated users only.

We retain data only as long as necessary to provide analytics features.

5. User Control

You can revoke access anytime:

• Facebook: Facebook App Settings
• Google / YouTube / Google Analytics / Google Business Profile: Google App Permissions
• Pinterest: Pinterest App Permissions

6. Third-Party APIs

Omnidash uses official APIs provided by:

• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Google (YouTube Data API, YouTube Analytics API, Google Analytics Data API, Google Business Profile APIs)
• Pinterest API

All data access follows their platform policies.

Omnidash's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
